How to Apply:

1. First, you must READ the VENDOR CONTRACT.
2. Second, fill out the ONLINE VENDOR APPLICATION:
   1. There will be a place on the application where you will sign you name, signifying that you have read and understand the Vendor Contract.
   2. The application will tally the amount you owe for your VENDOR FEE.
3. Third, you must MAIL your VENDOR FEE to:
   1. Slidell Antique Association
      P.O. Box 1450
      Slidell, LA 70459
      Attn: Cindy Fisk
4. We accept checks and money orders made payable to “Slidell Antique Association”.
5. You can ALSO hand deliver your VENDOR FEE to:
   1. Antiques & Art on First
      1952 First St.
      Sidell, LA 70458
      Attn: Cindy Fisk or Shana Marshall
6. After your VENDOR FEE has been received, your application will be accepted.
   1. We MUST receive your Vendor Payment within (2-3) week of submitting your application. Your Vendor spot will not be held until we receive a payment. Vendor spots are assigned “First come – first served basis,” meaning those who submit BOTH an application and payment will get their spots BEFORE Vendors with an application but NO PAYMENT.
7. You’ll be assigned a VENDOR BOOTH.
